He complains of pain from the hip to the knee but his doctors say that children and elderly patients tend to point to the knee when their hip is really the point of pain. I do know that he is tender to touch when his hip is bothering him. We have to be careful how we pick him up. Although, at almost 50 lbs, I'm not lifting him too often anymore.
