Calories Eaten Today source grams cals %total Total: 467 Fat: 12 110 25% Sat: 4 33 8% Poly: 2 22 5% Mono: 4 37 9% Carbs: 24 72 17% Fiber: 6 0 0% Protein: 63 251 58% Alcohol: 0 0 0% My protein is still high, I can't figure out how to get it down. This is what I've eaten so far today. Breakfast: coffee, one medium boiled egg, one slice turkey, 3 thick slices of cucumber Snack: Lime SF Jello Lunch: chicken breast, about 1 1/2 cups boiled okra, 8 slices of cucmber cooked, sugar free creamsicle My afternoon snack will be SF jello and as much vegetable juice as I can choke down. I hate that stuff. Brought a peice of fat free swiss cheese with me but I can't find it LOL LOL I"m sure when I get back to my car after work and it's sat out there under the seat or whereever it is, I will surely know what happened to it LOL So far today I've drank about 30 oz of water, still going. Am I doing okay so far?? Any suggestions for dinner? My calorie count today is not high at all, which I know is not good. Am I doing okay with the IBS suggestions?
