Guest guest
Is it necessary to remove the pecan skin in the same way we remove almond skins for those early in the diet. We're only 6 weeks in and peeling everything, haven't read anything about pecans though, anyone tried pecan yogurt? I'm asking because we're using pecans and macadamiaas because they are much lower in glutamic acid than lamonds an other nuts. After Hudson has slept like a log for weeks he has had a serious seizure and is awake for hours each night so I'm trying to sort through things and figure out what's changed. I've noticed he is becoming more sensitive to some foods that he tolerated earlier in the diet, is anything easy and straight forward? Chris.
