We, too, have recently tried this. Looks like water but seems to

work - and with the added benefits of no fillers, bad taste, or

hastles getting it down. We're also using the magnesium, calcium and

potassium. The white nail bed problem our daughter has been dealing

with is almost resolved. The nails are growing and stronger by far.

BTW, I've read where white nailbeds can be due to a selenuim

deficiency - we haven't tried the wateroz selen -have used a couple

of other brands through the years. B.
