I would love to know this too. Always looking for ways to stretch the

supplement budget.

Lecithin does go rancid easily, but why not just buy the smallest

packet and go crazy with it. You'd still save money

-- I think you're right. Straight lecithin is mostly

phosphatidylserine. A good, cheap backup, I guess, but not the real

thing.
