Guest guest
Rick, Welcome to the group. Sounds like you have already had your fair share of medical trouble. Glad to hear things are going so well with your pouch. Did they catch the cancer relatively early? Sounds like you will be a great addition with personal experience and research you have done. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. Someone will know the answer. in Seattle > > Hello everyone. > > I look forward to participating in this group. Guest guest
, Welcome to you as well! It's great that you don't have any symptoms of UC or Crohn's yet. You may be one of the lucky ones! There are so many new exciting treatments coming out for these diseases that there is a lot of hope if you ever are diagnosed with them! Rick > > Welcome Rick. I am pretty new to this site too. Guest guest
Hi Everyone, My name is Cate and I am the mother of two children. My daughter is 4 1/2 and my son is 3. My daughter has PDD with Expressive Language Disorder and my son is Autistic. My daughter is in a wonderful PLACE class at Dania Elementary and is doing very well, but we are very concerned about her transition to Kindergarten. We are constantly being redirected and misguided when dealing with IEPs and are now looking into an advocate. Even though my husband works for the School Board we were considering sending her to a charter or private school. Does anyone have much experience with the charter schools or any advice or resources that might help us to make this extremely difficult decision? Any and all advice is welcomed! Thanks, Cate
