Guest guest
my son is very low on magnesium although we supplement with a lot of mag. glycinate. he is also very hypersensitive to noise and blocks out the world because of it. I have been told that mB12injections and magnesium help with this. I just started using epsom salt cream 3x a day and I think it is helping. is this possible that the magnesium in there is actually getting absorbed and is a decent source of magnesium? can I use more of it? karen
Guest guest
Yes, kids get the benefit of both the magnesium and the sulfate that is in the mag sulfate cream. You can use it frequently throughout the day-- every four hours if you like. You can also increase the amount you use at each interval and just " see " if it makes any difference one way or the other. You may be seeing the benefits from the sulfate, too.
