I just use clover honey. For the sake of economy, I use cheap honey

from Costco for any baking or cooking. I use raw unprocessed honey

from the health food store for recipes that are not heated.

" have been noticing more irritation with cheaper honeys

(Walmart vs. HF store). "

You may want to check out these " cheaper " brands of honey.

Some times companies will cut honey with corn syrup to cut

down on cost.

Do the bottles say 100% pure honey?

Hi Pearl,

> I thought we weren't suppose to use raw unprocessed. Is it

something else with honey that we're not suppose to use? Thanks for

whoever clears this up for me. Pearl

Raw honey is okay to use as long as the pollen has been filtered out.

The honey should be fairly clear, not cloudy.
