Whole Wheat Oatmeal Bread. 1-POUND RECIPE (8 SLICES) ingredients: 1 tsp. yeast 3/4 tsp. sallt 21/4 cups whole wheat flour 1 /4 cup multi-grain oatmeal 1 tbsp. lite applesauce 1 cup skim milk 1 12 cup water 1 1/2-POUND RECIPE (12 SLICES) ingredients: 1 1/2 tsp. yeast 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3 1/4 cups whole wheat flour 1/3 cup multi-grain oatmeal 2 tbsp. lite applesauce 1 1/4 cups skim milk 112 cup water directions: Add ingredients in the order suggested by the bread machine manufacturer and follow baking instructions provided in the manual. 1-Pound 137 calories 28 grams carbohydrate <1 milligram cholesterol 5 grams dietary fiber 6 grams protein 218 milligrams sodium.
