Guest guest
For all looking for treats/birthday cakes that taste like the real thing, this comes pretty close. It was a hit with both my kids! Chocolate Brownies -- 2:9.1 ratio, 440 calories per meal 135 g ground almonds (the " flour " ) (a little less than one cup) 113g unsweetened chocolate ( I used one Ghiradelli's unsweetened chocolate bar -- exactly 113 grams) melted 170g butter (about a stick and a half) 146g eggs (three eggs) 1 cup Splenda 1 tsp vanilla 1 pinch salt 400g whipped heavy cream Cream butter and Splenda. Add vanilla and salt. Add beaten eggs. Add almonds. Add melted chocolate Pour into buttered square baking pan. Bake at 300 degrees for about twenty minutes until just cooked. Serve each brownie with whipped cream (40g per meal, 20g per snack) Makes 10 meals or 20 snacks. ----- \
