I have had RSD for over 5yrs and do believe that Fibro is closely

related in some ways.

My immune system is not what it used to be and I get sick easier and

had the flu so bad for two yrs in a row that I thought I would die

from it.

This seems like a very rational explanation of what could be going

on with Fibro and RSD. I live close to ville, IN and will see

what I can do to find out more.

I suggest everyone who has one or both of these conditions to take

this info to their doctor and see what happens. If the doctor doesnt

believe in it, try to find one who will look at it even if it is

your primary doctor. We need to find a cure or something that could

help us all live better lives.

I have chronic Sinusitis, and have ear infections all the time every winter......and believe me, the RSD and Fibro Pain does Not go down any when I have either kind of Infection. Nor does the pain go away during a Urinary Tract Infection, Kidney Infection, Infection in a cut/sore that I've had on my leg that has RSD.....

So, again, I think you are finding something that is only going to work for a few people, but not for everyone. I can honestly say that when I get an infection, my pain gets worse .... both the RSD AND the Fibro

have noticed that when I have had the flu or bad sinus my pain seemed

less. I think he may be on to something I got to call my DR. and see

if I can get the blood test done for infections. This is near to

where I live and if He is correct and some of us have these infections

we may be looking at a life with less pain or no pain at all. This is

the first positive sign of a treatment that may really help some

because it is treating the problem and not the symptoms only.

This is very early in this I know but after 9 years of searching and

keeping my eyes open

to something that might work its just 40 miles from me. Even if it

does not work for me I will be happy for those that it will help.
