RE: SCDiet and keto diet-good topic

I'm definately interested in hearing more. This may be an avenue for Shan.

Up until now we figured we were headed towards the Atkins diet. We have

been wondering if Shan possibly may have some sensitivities to grains. We

plan to get Shan tested for food sensitivities esp. to gluten, wheat etc.

I'm rather terrified to introduce anything that has grains for fear of

having a return of awake seizures. So, keep sharing.

SCDiet and keto diet-good topic

It may be a good combination for those who lose control or never get

total control. I think it is a good topic for this list since both

diets have similarities and are very compatable.
