I too have a UD and reading about this really is an eye-opener. It sounds like you both are doing well in your pregs (thank god!!)and it gives me hope that I will too. You never know what will happen once you get there, (quote from the dr) and even my mother told me that I can never do anything the easy way. (Thanks Mom, now get back into your closet!!) If you two skate through, I'm sure that I won't have to much of a hassel. I'm thankful that you have been able to find all of this information, our best weapon, so I can see what to expect and not be to upset when things aren't perfect(yeah, right). Or just when to put the foot down and say what needs to be done. We are in a rare situation being UDs and there just isn't a whole lotta info out there.
