Here is my fitday chart for yesterday:

Sat: 14 129 12%

Poly: 8 70 6%

Mono: 22 201 18%

Carbs: 38 111 10%

Fiber: 10 0 0%

Protein: 136 543 50%

Alcohol: 0 0 0%

I am not sure if I'm eating enough calories, but I'm not hungry enough

to eat any more. Same with fiber. Not quite sure how to increase it,

other than metamucil, which you can't add into fitday. I can't eat

another bite.

I had a bit too much saturated fat yesterday, but that is the only

day. We ate pork, and it wasn't tenderloin. Normally, we eat

tenderloin.
