Guest guest
Morning Zephyr, I am so excited for you!!! You will do GREAT!!!! I know that I will be eating the cabbage salad, but I am not sure about the others. Robin is leaving for work now and don't know if he will be back early or not. Kids would eat anything (sandwiches, hotdogs, burgers, salad, etc) they are so easy. Robin hasn't been wanting a big late dinner, so he may decide to do something lite or just snacks. Maureen what is on the menu Friday? GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!!!! Well my last day as an employee, both exciting and scary I have a busy one today. Client here at home at 7 this morning and then work 9-1 then a nother client here at home at 3 and I will be done for the day. We will be having chicken fajitas and roasted green beans for dinner and an apple version of the dump cake. What is on your menu for this evening? Zephyr. ~There are no strangers here... Guest guest
Well I have been very, very, very good this week! (patting myself on the back!) Tomm. I am off to Atlantic City! So I have lots of banked points! LOL. According to weight watcher I have met my goal. 140 I am now at 137.2 (lost 1.2 at yesterday's weight in! )) Yeah!!!!! I am trying to get back down to my 118 weight of 3 years ago (pre surgeries). But it has been a real slow process. -- Re: what is on the menu | | Friday? | >-----------------------------------------------------------|Date: Day:Points Range:2002-06-13 Thursday 18-23 - under 150 lbsEarned Points:Banked Points:Total Points Available:Points Spent:PointsSaved:2.00 4.00 29.00 21.00 8.00Total Points Available=top of Points Range + Earned Points + Banked PointsPoints Saved=Total Points Available minus Points Spent - Carry this totomorrow's Banked PointsBreakfast - What you ate:Pointswomen's oatmeal 3.00Breakfast Total Points: 3.00Lunch - What you ate:Pointscottage cheese 2.00coffee 4.00Lunch Total Points: 6.00Dinner - What you ate:Pointssalad with grilled chicken 5.00glass of wine 4.00Dinner Total Points: 9.00Snack - What you ate:Pointsfruit smoothy 3.00Snack Total Points: 3Guidelines for Healthy Living:Milk:Fruits & Veggies:Complex Carbs:Proteins:Fats:Water:000000Activity:WW Activity PointseActivity Time (eJournal)Activity TimeN/AN/A * 50 minutes* - Method used for calculating Activity to Earned Points ConversionClick for Activity to Earned Points Conversion Table~There are no strangers here...
