Per Neil Abbreviations, qohs is an UNOFFICIAL abbreviation for every other

night.

I think your Tussi DS is probably Tussionex. Hope this helps

First patient, doc dictates:

She is started on Miacalcin " q.o.h.s. "

I can not document " q.o.h.s. " but he clearly dictates it this way. Is it a

correct abbreviation, and if so, what does it mean?

Second patient, doc dictates:

Refilled " Tussi DS. "

This is for a 21-month-old. I cannot document it.

Any help is appreciated!

I am assuming the doctor means " every other night (hour of sleep). " I don't

think there is an abbreviation for that. JMO.
