Has any adult on SCD seen a change in bowel movements, from normal size to

smaller size, not amounts, but actual size, months after starting SCD? And has

any adult gone from no diarrhea before starting SCD, to having some diarrhea 3

to 4 months after starting SCD?? Thank you.

Bowel reactions vary. i am an adult on SCD for three years and the one thing I

not is regularity. An upset stomach or cold or flu virus may change the stool as

well as eating a large amount of cheese. Try to include legal fiber in the diet,

fruits, vegetables and nuts.

I'm only 2 1/2 months on the scd, but I saw a difference in my bowels from day

one, and

they've been changing all the time ever since. The first day I actually " got "

diarrhea. Then

I went into the worst constipation I've ever had in my life. That lasted for

several weeks.

But now I am fine. I DO notice that my bms are much smaller now, in size AND in

actual

amount. I'm not 3 to 4 months along yet, but diarrhea at that time might be

part of the

dreaded 3 month flare, lol. Btw, my hubby's bms are also smaller (size, amount)

also.

Blessings,
