Guest guest
> VERY well said. So true! Thank You Chuck! I've tried all the 'quick fixes', I've tried all the fad diets. They all work, IF you continue to work them and can live it a lifetime. Guarantee you, you can't. Anything that is too restricting will end in failure. It's all about finding a lifetime plan that you can live with. > SBD is NOT a quick fix. Anyone thinking it is, will be disappointed. This should be the first words in the SB book. Or any really well laid out eating plan. Losing weight should not be a quick fix. You didn't get there overnight, you can't break your bad habits overnight either. It takes daily work and daily talks to your inner psyche to achieve success. It's alot of work, mentally and physically but if you really want it, it's worth the journey. > However, the 18 lbs. I lost the first two weeks wasn't too shabby and I consider it to be just short of a miracle. Chuck That's totally awesome Chuck! Sounds like this is the plan for you. How long have you been SB'ing? :-) Connie
