Guest guest Posted May 20, 2001 Report Share Posted May 20, 2001 Hey, Just had a quick question. My kids are 5 yrs. and 7 yrs. old. They are a bit scared about mommy doing this. We have talked about it and they know the basic of what's going to happen. My question is : Should they come in see me at the hospital the day of surgery to see I am all right or should they wait a day or two? One of my good friend is 9 mnths. post op and she said her kids were a little freaked out when they saw her the day after surgery. Just a side note can probaly count on one hand the times they have spent the night away from me. My husband will be home with them and my mom is coming to stay for the week. What do you think??
