Back in Maine after Funeral

Hi guys..

I didnt keep up with posts while I was away but thought of you guys

often.. Ive been trying to catch up this morning. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEK

I was able to do something really terrific for my Uncle.. when they

asked if anyone had words about the departed, I got up and spoke

about how awesome it is that he took up the responsibility to raise

me even though I wasnt his kid and it wasnt his responsibility..

He did it out of love.. just plain love

It was cool, I know he was smiling, and it really affected my aunt

who has been waiting years for recognition from that self consumed,

confused teenaged girl they took in.

It was the right thing to do.

Sigh.
