Guest guest Posted October 6, 2004 Report Share Posted October 6, 2004 Carla, If you can't get the free transparent dressing from the company Tegaderm makes a transparent dressing that I used when I was using those patches I had to stop because they were giving me a rash Lin. -- New MedicineHi all,I went to see my pain mgt doctor on Monday and he added the Lidodermpatches to my never ending list of medications. I have two questionsabout this drug....1. Are you getting relief using it? Due to the expense of the drugand the fact that I have no coverage for drugs right now I want toknow if it's worth getting.2. Does anyone know if the manufacturer of Lidoderm has a patientassistance program? My meds run over 900 a month prior to getting onthis medicine and now adding this one I'm looking at another $170. Ireally could use some help.Another thing I wanted to add was this little bit of info I learnedwhile at the doctors Monday. I use duragesic patch and have had aheck of a hard time getting the suckers to stick and stay stuck forthe 72 hours. The P.A. I saw told me about a adhesive that Janssenwill give to you if you are having problems with it sticking. Icalled the company and they will be sending them to me free of chargefrom now on.
