Sheryl,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I hope tomorrow goes smoothly. If you

can take some time off from work and relax. Please realize that nothing you

did made this happen, God works in mysterious ways. Sending {{{hugs}}} to you

and your husband.

I have been though the D & C twice this year so I understand what you are

going thru. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Sheryl-

I am so sorry, my heart breaks for what you and dh are feeling. I have

recently been in your shoes, we lost a baby at 9w0d in February, I had a

D & C 4 days later. All I can say is to give yourself air...don't try to

jump right back into life if you aren't ready. You just do what YOU need to

do. I sat on my couch for a week.

Please, please don't hesitate to post when you need us, we are all here for

you.

Sheryl,

You would think after all of the things that all of us women on this

site have gone through that there would be hundreds of women in

their beds under the covers refusing to come out. But none of us

will do that. All the horrible sadness and pain that we have been

through will be worth it one day when we get what we feel is our

right to have anyway. And that is what we are holding on to and that

is the reason why you will let this shatter you, but in a couple of

weeks you will pick up the pieces and try again. There will of

course be pieces missing, that is inevitable but that is also part

of life. Parts of you will be stronger while parts will need more

support than normal.

I will be thinking about you and your husband, and I hope your

hearts mend quickly.

Big hugs are coming your way.

Dear Sheryl,

I'm so sorry for your loss. And the waiting is just awfull. For

having gone through it 3 times in the past year, I can only say hang

in there. Take time for yourself with Dh. I took a week off of work,

stayed home, watched movies with Dh, and cried my heart out. I also

came to this group quite often, it really does help.

Take care and we all send big hugs your way

My heart aches for you and your DH. There are no words that can help

right now. I went through a similar situation last October. I was

pretty much numb for weeks, but slowly became funtional again, over

time. Take some time for yourself...as much as you need. And,

please lean on us if you need to. We are here to help and support.

Hugs,

Aleida

Sheryl,

I am so sorry about your loss. I know how horrible this is for you.

It is so hard when these things cannot be explained. I hope you and

dh take time to take care of yourselves and each other. This is one

of life's most difficult moments. We are here for you to lean on.

Hugs,

Sheryl-

I am grieved for you. This is such a terrible loss for you, who want

a child so badly. You will survive this with the support of your

family and friends, and those on this message board. Please keep the

faith. Remember that you were able to get pregnant to begin with.

The recovery from the D & C should be fairly short. Make sure you take

your pain medication. And remember, this is not your fault!! Many

many pregnancies are lost in the first trimester even to women who do

not face the kinds of challenges that we do.

Big hugs and smiles-
