So, I stoppedsnacking altogether. Boy, did that backfire big time! By the timemealtime rolled around, I was so hungry that my good intentions wentright out the window. Eating a sensible snack will stave off hunger toprevent this type of situation. In fact, studies in recent years haveshown that eating several small meals a day instead of three large onesis much better for your health!
