I have noticed my nails being much stronger as well! Definitely a

plus. Mine were horribly thin before the surgery. My hair is thinning

a bit; but small price to pay in my opinion.

I take a B-complex and I also take the biotin... I am using 2

capsules a day of 5,000 mcg each.

Actually, people said,

you're so brave. I would love to do that. It's funny,

a lot of women are sick of the amount of work doing

their hair takes. Anyway, now I'm sick of it, so I'm

letting it grow out. It's was great while it lasted.

I'm sure we have all read and heard things that are TOTALLY different for each

of us...so nothing is an " un-truth " my friend. :)

As we all know EVERY ONE is different. We're different in what we can

tolerate mentally, emotionally, what we are able to do physically, how quickly

we lose the weight, how we maintain it, etc. I enjoy reading what others are

going through here..some apply to me, others don't. But I gain strength and an

appreciation for life every day by being here and sharing with all of you

LOSERS!

KUDOS TO SHELLY!!!!!! You are a braver soul than I. Where I'm from

some women have their hair cut short, but I can't say I have ever

seen any woman wearing a buzz cut or bald. God bless ya sister. My

hats off to ya.

I have had short spikey hair for years, but I promised

the Love God if he supported me on my quest I would

grow it out...seems like I lied again...since mine is

falling out a bit, I may spike it again!!!
