This is making an assumption that the surgeon did something wrong.

You are not taking into account that perhaps it was just a complication

that happens to 5% of the people, and you were just lucky enough to be

one of the 5%. It is NOT a complication that is necessarily due to

surgeon error. Just my 2 cents.
