When you hear from her again, I wonder if you might ask her (but you likely know the answer already!) if this document changes treatment that is in the works, like if you present to the ER with something, aren't able to be heard, can this help pave the way to better treatment or does it offer grounds for action where there has been a violation is there any recourse in the hospital setting immediately or not?
