Guest guest
Don't know the first one. Possibly something axial cervical pain. Does equal axial cervical pain make sense? Just guessing. Date: Thu, 7 Nov 2002 19:01:06 EST Any idea what this could be? Patient injured back slipping on the ice. Dictator slurs very badly. I managed to get the ENTIRE 5.25 minute report resolved, 29 blanks, except one passage: " Gait and carriage normal without any s/l " PALJERS BROADING GERMAN CONES " and reflexes were unremarkable. Range of motion at the cervical spine notable for aggravation. Presenting s/l " EKOLAXO " cervical pain with extension at 55 degrees left-side bending. Othoneuro Tests did a s/l " HALLS " maneuver which caused aggravation of the thoracocervical s/l " WALL " with a lot of spinal pain. " Never heard of a " Hall's maneuver " , and can't find it anywhere listed. Never heard of a " thoracocervical WALL " , either...if anyone can help me with this, you will be my hero of the month!!! Guest guest
I found a Soto-Hall sign in Sheila Sloane's " The Medical Word Book " under orthopedics, but I don't know if that's what he's talking about if he just said Hall's procedure. ----Original Message Follows---- From: enigma3337@... Guest guest
Never heard of a thoracocervical " wall " either. I have found reference to the thoracocervical " junction " or thoracocervical " line " but doubt that helps much with your s/l. Sorry. Joy ----Original Message Follows---- From: enigma3337@...
