It might have been wiser to start with 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon of scrambled egg or

try white and yolks on separate days. If you can isolate which is the problem

there are recipes using only whites (meringues) or yoks (shortbreads). Yu can

hide either in meat loaves

And if the egg always triggers extreme behavior give up either entirely or until

much later.

My boys eat duck eggs. To make it more interesting for them to eat,

I just add a little bit of parmesan cheese. I use them to bake and

make mayonnaise, or wherever recipe needs eggs.

Our neighbor and 2 family members have ducks. I would say to check with a

feed store or a local 4-H group for info on where to get them.

You can buy the duck eggs at different food stores or natural food

stores (for example: 's Market).

I am sorry, I forgot to tell you where I find the duck eggs. I get

them at 's Market. I live in WA State. It is a natural food

store. The flavor is a little different but it is not that bad. As

I said before, I just added a little bit of parmesan cheese on it.
