Guest guest Posted August 24, 2004 Report Share Posted August 24, 2004 Freeze ripened banana without skin. Defrost for about 30 sec. in microwave. Put a Tbsp or so in blender with chopped bananas. Blend until like soft serve ice cream. Tip: Freeze a whole bunch of bananas at the same time. Line them up on a cookie sheet and when they're frozen put them in a large zip lock freezer bag.
