Donna,

I believe it applies to all types of seeds, with the only exception

being the tiny soft seeds in tomatoes.

Can you season the sausages with spices rather than seeds?

Hi Donna,

is

You can grind or crush the seeds until you are able to tolerate them

whole. Elaine doesn't recommend seeds until *three months after*

the last symptom disappears. Elaine is referring to eating lots of

sesame, pumpkin or sunflower seeds. The kinds of seeds that are in

fruits and veggies are okay before then, but tolerance of these

depends on the individual.

jody and sheila,

is it safe to assume i could use ground seeds in the sausages? before

3 months after the last symptom is gone?

of no seeds at all until we are sure we are 3 months after last

symptoms?

thanks i am trying to avoid at all cost another set back like we had

with the cashew butter. i am still not back to where we were before

that mistake.

To be on the safest side, I would avoid seeds altogether (except

the tomato seeds as I mentioned before).

We make sausage quite often and never use any type of seed to

season them.

If you could grind the seeds into a powder, I think that would be

fine.
