Guest guest
OK...BooHoo..I had a gain of 1.5 this week. If you have noticed, I haven't posted my journals for Friday and Saturday. I was doing great Friday (Girl's Night Out) until we got to the theater and the words " Peanut M & M's and a Diet Coke " just popped out of my mouth when we were at the concession stand! Don't know what possessed me! And, as you all know, movie theater size candy is NOT one serving per box! I did share them with the other 3 ladies, but I still probably ate a full 2 servings. I enjoyed them but I'm thinking the guilt is really not worth it. Saturday was just a total bust points-wise. We helped my sister and her family move and there were not the best of food choices available to me. Granted, I got a ton of activity points between the move and swimming later, but I'm sure it was not enough to counteract pizza and burgers. Plus, I might have gotten 32 oz of water for the whole day. Not a good thing to do the day before weigh-in! Anyway, I'm back OP today. I guess we have these little road-bumps along our journey so I'm not too discouraged. Happy Sunday to everyone! 217/210.5/140 PS The movie was excellent (The Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood)! , if you are still thinking about taking your daughter, you might want to talk with her ahead of time about the scene where the mother, who is suffering from alcoholism, strikes her children with a belt. There are enough light moments and life- revelations in the movie so that you feel uplifted when the movie is over. I highly recommend it! Guest guest
, You're right.. there are some days where it's going to be easier than others. No matter how good our intentions are, we have to change years of eating habits and things popping out of our mouths. I swear my car used to drive itself to Tim Horton's and order some days. I haven't been there in so long and I'm glad. I'm the same way like with the bread last night... IT DIDN'T EVEN TASTE GOOD. So why did I continue to shove that damn stuff into my mouth?! Force of habit I guess. I had planned on having a piece.. one piece turned in to 2.. etc. Don't beat yourself up over your weigh in, you've lost before and you will lose again! I'm proud of you for fessing up.. now come on.. how about whipping out those journals? Hugs hugs, Maggie > OK...BooHoo..I had a gain of 1.5 this week.
