Congrats! It will get easier as the days go by..

I'm at 6 yrs, 9 mos. and 21 days.... though who's counting?? LOL.

I smoked for 25 years, I started way too young.

You should be very proud of yourself! I'm proud of you!

Hugs,

Jo

hi laurie. yes, i do find my energy comes and goes in spurts. if i

do something like gardening, i sleep for the next three days off and

on, trying to catch up. i was thinking maybe some kind of exercise

would be beneficial, like maybe pilates, but haven't really had the

energy to make that phone call (lol) it seems i always have plans

to do so much, think of things i want to do (mostly for other

people) but really can't seem to do what i intended. i know there

are meds to give you " energy " , but not really wanting to be on

another new med, ya know? i was told the more you do, the more you

want to do, like exercise. unfortunately i don't think this rule

applies to people with fibro. maybe one day i will actually wake up

early and go for a walk, and see if that improves my energy. i have

a feeling it's just gonna make me want to take a nap!! :)

about the root canals and implants...what you said is my biggest

fear. go through all that pain (plus the expense!) and not have the

tooth anyway. i see my RSD doctor tomorrow and will ask him his

opinion on the matter. hopefully he can send me to a dentist who is

knowledgable in RSD.

i hope you're having a good night. try and get some REM rest!

love,

amy
