Guest guest
Alas, no, Michele, no potty (except for pee) was needed upon arrival; apparently that waited for today. I just aimed (instant communication is grand) her house staff and learned that she is again wetting at the house; didn't do it here for 2 1/2 weeks. This person is telling us something. She's also asking for Andy and me over and over. More when I'm not so worn out. But, I really need to run the whole ISL proposal by the group. Andy and I met with the mother and young adult (autistic --- guess that's not pc) tonight. I like both a lot --- the mother will definitely fight --- but there's the whole language issue. cannot stay where she will wet and wet and sleep all day. Can she come here without always having staff that signs 24/7? We don't think so. I guess the next battle commences tomorrow. At least now we have allies who understand the language needs. Doesn't someone want to send me a " client " to fill this new house. I promise lots of tender loving care, input from " experts, " and just one hell of an attempt to make things great. Anyone in the midwest? Oh, but I'm tired and rambling. Must post to our " Regional Center " great helper and fold myself into bed. Pam, I'll try to find time for a private post, though I'll only say that I truly NEED to talk, that tomorrow will be hellish because of scads of calls that must be made, and I might hit you this weekend. Ugh to all, and to all a good night. Martha
