Ohhhh I don't blame you for posting that on your door. My friends/family

know my routine now...if you do not call before you come over, chances are I

wont answer the door. I may be asleep or just under the weather and not in

the mood for company...so they call and see if its ok now. That's when I do

all the asking of if they are sick or not.

And yes, we have to look after ourselves...we know what a cold or stomach

virus can do to us.
