I'll asume it's a represetation of their weight at some points pre and post op...Can I get some insight? Guest guest Posted October 1, 2006 Report Share Posted October 1, 2006 I'm 17 lbs from my September goal which was to hit the 100 lb mark. I'm at 83. But, I'm under 300 so I'm happy! I think my October goal will be to hit the 100 lb mark. But, on a good note...I went clothes shopping today w/ birthday $$ (today is my birthday!! woohoo me! LOL) and I bought size 22 pants! YAY! I also bought a nice nighty to celebrate my birthday in tonight since we're kid free for the next week! ;-) Oh!!! And I bought a wonderfully soft robe! Guest guest Posted October 1, 2006 Report Share Posted October 1, 2006 I got caught up with teaching and tutoring with the start of school --been good with exercise and diet although I fell a bit short of my September goals and am still in the 270's. I have also been exercising more like 4 days a week--but very hard. I did get into size 12 pants which is a long way from 24. My October goals are: * To read and post with the group. * To go back to measuring my food * To stop only putting food together (ie : turkey roll ups) and learn a few recipes * To make it to the 250's * To exercise 5 days a week. I didn't want her to go either! They have lice issues!! My monthly goal is going to be 20 pounds per month now that I am past the 2 month mark. I have lost about 5 of the 20 pounds I want to get rid of and I have cut back on grazing. I still need to drink more h20 and work out more. Still looking for the " just right " work out video.
