Guest guest
you need the hdl cholesterol as well. liver is a super source of iron, mineral supplementation of iron is in a very reactive and oxidising form unlike the haem form in meat (and and ferritin in the liver) dan seems more wrong than right in thier protocols imo. > Hello, > My 2 1/2 year old ASD son has been on the SCD for almost 6 months now. Guest guest
well thats quite a good hdl level, though who knows what the ranges for children are.............. the eggs increase the overall cholesterol but they also increase the hdl to compensate citrus is good for hdl, aerobic exerise too which todays kids are short of........., i had squeeze citrus for juice, don't trust the bought juices.............. still a bit wary of too many eggs. depends on the quality in part you would probably find a hair test useful to look at things like chromium to get a sense fo wether the fat to sugar metabolising minerals are adequate, also the thyroid minerals........... liver and pancreas will help with these minerals to > His HDL levels were 68. > > >
