When I started South beach I had bloated back up to 203 the day I started. I am now down to 197 in less than two weeks. Yessssssssssssss! My goal weight is 160-170. I am thrilled to have lost a couple pounds with out too much effort because normally on other plans I had to do soooo much and exercise 24-7 just to maintain or lose 1/2 a pound.
