I followed that with a bunch of bad choices, and bad things have been slipping in here and there all week to be truthful. My food money is running out. Ahhh! I lost another pound and I don’t want to be screwing that up for sure. I have lost a total of 7 pounds (and two inches off my waist) since March first. Any one have good tips on how to get back on track and refocus? Anyone have good ideas for lunch? This is a hard one for me lately, I am bored with everything. HELP, I need a swift kick in the pants!
