I Lost More!!!!!!

Well I've been to my surgeon today for my 6 week checkup and my total

of lbs lost is.......65 lbs!!!!. I am so excited. You all were right

when you said that after the first month I would look back and say that

this was worth it. I am beginning to feel it was all worth it, pain

and all. Granted I was lucky in that I didn't have some of the

problems that most have told us about. Mine was learning all the new

things about eating and the hernia pain.....OUCH!!!!. I am doing

better with all the drinking and eating slowly under control. I am

still not getting all my protein but it's getting better slowly.

Well just wanted to share and good luck to all who have just had their

surgery and are starting. Everyone is right, it is worth it in the

end. Don't become discouraged. This group is a wonderful place to get

feedback.

Thanks and Mike for the words of encouragement. Also Great job

. I wondered if anyone had as much to lose as I did. Also,

Mike, you'll start losing again. You are to committed to this not to

lose again!!!...LOL
