Guest guest
Yes .........I would love to hear how everyone handles some of their fears......... sometimes I feel so stupid.............lol I know what to do and why to do it.......... but the minute I feel my weight loss has brought me unwanted attention from men.......... I start cramming............ I wish I understood this fear...........a Jo curbyluna wrote: Hi Everyone: Went to the doctor today and had my first offical weigh in and.......... I lost 15 pounds in two weeks. I don't know if that's good, normal or whatever, but I am sure happy. My doctor also had me make an appointment to meet with the nutritionist to work on pureed foods I can start eating. When I called to make the appointment the receptionist asked how I was feeling and told me she was three months post-op and we started talking about how our heads can get in the way with weigh loss and so I want to work on my head (so to speak) and would love feed back from anyone on how they handled the food issue as they were able to eat more. 225/210/125 --------------------------------- Get your email and more, right on the new Yahoo.com --------------------------------- Yahoo! Guest guest
Keeping yourself busy helps a lot! Some people post their " fat " pics on the fridge & cabinets as a reminder to stay out of the food. When I think about food I tell myself... " Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. " That's my motto. It helps to keep me going! You're doing FABULOUS so far! Keep up the great work!
