Terry, I hope you are right - and you usually are so I'll just put it down as fact. I also saved the article someone posted about our fat cells wanting to hold onto their size. I will refer to that when I hit a long stall or plateau. It will help bunches and bunches to visualize those stubborn little fat cells just determined not to give up what they think is rightfully theirs. Gee, I wonder if my daughters faces will show up in my mind as I visualize this??
