Okay, I am not doing the points plan right now, so I am just going to

be brutally honest every day and enter what I have eaten. Here goes:

Breakfast: 2 lowfat sausage links 1 lite bread, 1 cup ff milk, 1/2

small banana

Lunch: Chicken and walnut salad with mixed greens and ff tomato

basil dressing, water

Snacks

Luna bar, 2 or 3 fruit snack packs (I can't remember if I ate a third)

1/2 cup ff milk

Dinner: 2 cups penne with feta, olives, tomatoes and parmesan.

Exercise: 30 minutes Donna video

Water: Hard to tell, but quite a bit. It's hot here in Arizona!

Hope this counts as an entry.
