Guest guest
I know - I was surprised when I saw only 4 servings!! I remember in one of the pasta episodes he said he usually sticks with recommended portion sizes but for pasta he always doubles it... cause who can eat and feel satisfied with only 1 cup of pasta?? I was reading his bio earlier... he writes all of his own shows!! Amazing :-) ~~mary@... I thought 4 sounded kind of low, but that was what the original had.
