You're right those inner labia can be all sizes and totally normal. .... and I've seen several sites (doctors) that offer labiaplasty, a reduction for cosmetic purposes.. But no way in H.E. double L (grin*) would 'I' ever do that with any kind of V. pain (esp. LS or LP (which I think ? said she has)...

Surgery's the last thing you'd want to do since trauma can be a trigger for LS or LP and it often returns. (Plus the fact it's usually the smaller labial lips (labia minora) that shrink, diminish or adhere (fuse) and disappear with those 2 conditions and many are left with none. So I'm glad hon that you're not considering surgery.

I have these photos I've sent before & adding below (if that might offend go no further)... and you'll see many variations and all are normal. But can understand if those 'frilly part's' are waving in the wind, *chuckle* how it might be bothersome. Plus they just tend to diminish some with age too. (If you hang in there long enough hon). *grin*...
