Good morning!

This pt presents with lymphadenopathy in the neck. Under the PE,

under Chest, Dr. says -

Chest clear to ausculation. There are " no sen-TEE-val notes. "

He may actually be saying nodes instead of notes, but either way, I

can't find a thing on this. Any help will be appreciated...thanks

Laur

s/l help

Hi,

This one's hard! It's only hard because I can't find it anywhere, not

even on Google or in Gray's anatomy.

Pt has a bad nose bleed. When doctor attempted to visualize the

bleeding, she says... " was unable to adequately identify a source within

the ________ plexus.

s/l Hess-a-lox. She's pretty clear, that's why I can't understand why I

can't find this.

Thanks to all who help!! Lauri

too long ago, but I couldn't remember it.. Anyway, it's Kiesselbach’s plexus.

How about bandemia? I found it on emedicine

http://www.emedicine.com/MED/topic855.htm.

Scroll down to Lab Studies and then keep scrolling until you are almost at

the end of that section, actually the next to last " bullet " that begins with

" Leukocyte count... " Hope this helps! :-)

I'm stumped. Patient has pancreatitis. Had some lab work done.

Doctor says - His white count is 19,000. It was 17,000 when he was

here earlier with a _______________.

s/l bandini. He's very clear in pronunciation.

Please and thank you! Laurie
