Guest guest
<<Metrogel clears up my bumps, but nothing I've done helps very much with the redness. I've reduced all (or almost all) of my blushing episodes by drinking a lot of water and avoiding stress, but I still have chronic redness of the nose and cheeks. What successful techniques have people used to deal with this 'redness only' symptom?>> , After numerous flushing episodes, some of your facial vessels become permanently dilated. This results in redness which will not go away. Many people on this mailing list, myself included, have seen much improvement in the redness, plus reduction in flushing, through PhotoDerm IPL treatment which destroys the dilated and damaged vessels. Here are links to some more information about the treatment. http://www.cosmetixlaser.com/PhotoFacial.htm http://www.photofacial.com/ /message/rosacea-support/2278 Jim Clary, Dallas TX redness only
Guest guest
My rosacea symptoms are similar. The only way I feel better about myself and my red face is to cover up with make up. I purchased a sample of Zinco from Sy on line and have not used it yet.. From what I hear, it too helps with the redness and isn't so much like make up. Guest guest
Could you tell me where you get 02 serum? Do you need a prescription? Bobbye
Guest guest
Hello everyone, I have been using the O2 creme for a month now...for me it did nothing about the faint pinkness left on my cheeks. However, it has done very well with bumps/acne. I can't use it twice per day like they say...I found it to make my skin sting...so I only use it once. I would say it has reduced my breakouts by 50%. I also use it on my chest (have tried everything to clear it up!) and it works really well there...acne reduced by 80%. Darlene
