Guest guest Posted March 12, 2005 Report Share Posted March 12, 2005 I did my shopping today so I can start the SBD on Monday. But, where are you finding plain yogurt with 3 grams or less of sugar? What brands? I couldn't find even one container of plain yogurt in the entire store that had that low an amount of sugar. I had to buy this vanilla Dannon Carb Control that is so small, it has about a thimble- full of yogurt in it, and Atkins vanilla yogurt. I really wanted plain yogurt, since that is what I read I was supposed to get. I can't believe plain yogurt has 12 carbs of sugar in it.
