Is there a list somewhere of legal brands/products. I see them

periodically throughout the postings...types of mustard or mayo,

juices.

I am a little confused since if a product has only legal ingredients

listed on the label, these are not considered legal. How do you know?

If I were to call a company, what do I ask? If they put anything

other than what is on the label?

I guess I am trying to start new again -- but I am not sure how much

success I will have if I have to make EVERYTHING by scratch. With two

children with autism, working, coordinating therapy schedule, and not

have support at home for this, I don't know if I can do it. It seems

like you all spend all day cooking stuff!

Thanks

Legal juices:

Tropican afresh aqueezed orange huice in the carton

Dole Pineapple Juice

Heinz Tomato Juice

Welch's Grape juice in the jug..

No frozen or other bottled juices. For an explanation read Food preparation link

on the Pecanbread website and Page 75 of BTVC.

Besides the juices there are some other legal products but these

depend on your location. For example, in Canada we can use Maple

Leaf 33 1/3 less salt bacon.

If you can tell us where you live others in your area may be able to

point you in the direction of these foods. And if you are wondering

about some ingredients just ask the list.
