Guest guest
Had anyone who had RNY checked into Duoedenal Switch before they had surgery? Was it an option for anyone? I know I am still pre-op, but I still have SO many questions! You all work out so hard! and everytime I ever did that I did lose weight, but alot of my struggle is that when I didn't have time or couldn't afford gym memberships, I just eventually fizzled out and even though I was still watching what I would eat, I would gain weight. Now granted I have a thyroid problem. But, I was just wondering, if anyone has this problem post- op? Seems to me the surgery should reverse that problem if you are watching what you eat... I don't want to have the surgery and still have to live like I do now, always dieting and exercising just to maintain... I know that diet and exercise is a big part of this, but I don't want to be a slave to exercise... why isn't 30 minutes a day of exersize enough? And I don't want to be restricting my diet forever, I want to live with better food choices!
Guest guest
Try going to www.obesityhelp.com they have a forum there just for Duoedenal Switch surgery as well as all other wls surgeries. Also, 30 minutes a day of excersize IS enough! Most doctors and research agree and shows this, there is not a set rule! Whatever works for you, something is better than nothing. Move move move LOL kharper701 wrote: - Had anyone who had RNY checked into Duoedenal Switch before they had - surgery?
