Kirsty Alley cracks me up. She said when she started the diet that she only

weighed 200 pounds. So if she's now lost 75 pounds she's 125. Right! She

still looks big to me in the commercials. I'm thinking she's still around 175.

I think it's great that she's lost all this weight, but come on. Tell the

truth.

would put her at 145...I think she may be a bit more than that!

I totally agree, I think she was more like 250 when

she started her journey, allowing for the " camera adds

20 lbs " scenario.

O I sympathize with anyone overweight, famous or not, however, I would be more

sold on Craig if she was telling the truth, she did look more like 250

when she was at her biggest, just wondering why she wouldn't admit it? Oprah

admitted all, so did carnie wilson, and man I have major respect for their

trials.

Yeah...when she first joined Craig I heard her say that she was

only 200 pounds...but I think it looked a lot more like 250+. She

does look good now though...wonder how much she really weighs now!

I do not think anyone is NOT sympathizing with her...it just looks

like she may be a bit heavier than stated that's all. Just a simple

observation. No judgment.

Very very interesting, I didnt realize so many famous people have had

this done! That makes them seem all the more human to me, seeing that

they struggle just like we do, you know, us paupers! LOL there goes my

excuse that if I had that much money I could stay thin. Watched

Celebrity Fit Club rerun last nite, heard the same excuses and

admissions I hear from overweight people I know.

However, Carnie made a great point when she rebuffed the Dr. for

saying that WLS was not the " right " way to lose weight, she said an

overweight person like her cast mate would most definitely gain his

lost weight back, and she is right. Why is that though? He is

learning new habits and exercising. Why is it that once you gain

weight you must forever be watching what you eat and exercise... thin

people don't have that problem... so maybe we are predispositioned

genetically to be overweight...

Does that mean that RNY will NOT help in the long run?? Anyone who is

years out and maintaining their goal weight?
